Who is connected, and what their agents report
IT signs in to one page for the whole company. Eight tabs: Overview, People, Live, Activity, Rules, Requests, Connect and Settings. Here is each one, with example people.
The tour
Overview
Four numbers: who is connected now, who is not, requests waiting for you, rule hits today. Under them, "Needs a hand": someone stuck connecting, an invitation about to expire, a computer reporting for a person who has not joined. Each line has its button.
People
Everyone you invited, with their status, the apps they use agentgov in, when they were last seen and how much their agents did this week. Not connected first. Invite up to 50 addresses at once; resend, revoke, remove, or make someone an admin.
Live
Who is doing what right now, refreshed every few seconds while you watch: the person, the app, the tool or the agent's one sentence or the rule that was hit, and where the row came from. Below it, who is not connected and who has been quiet for a week.
Activity and the admin log
Every session, tool call, report, request, decision and rule hit, filtered by person, app, source, kind and date, 50 rows a page. Download it as a spreadsheet file. A second tab, the admin log, lists what admins did: rules saved, invitations, removals, decisions, keys made and exports.
Rules
Three bundles as buttons, the 22 rules as switches with their per-app badges, your lists and your own rules. "Save rules" makes a new version and says what changed: "Saved as version 7: + Only approved connectors, − No deploys from the agent". Every version is kept, with its changes. See the rule sets.
Requests
When a rule says "ask IT first", the agent sends a request: what, why, which tools and data. You approve, approve with conditions, or deny; the person's agent follows your answer. Admins get a mail, at most one every ten minutes.
Connect
For your people: the steps for each app, the same ones their invitation shows. For your computers: a reporting key, and the settings files for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor that IT deploys with its usual tools. Labels say plainly what is not yet checked on a real account. See Connect.
Settings
The company's name, how long activity is kept (180, 90 or 30 days), the Monday digest on or off, the admins, and "Delete the organisation", which deletes everything at once.
How far to trust a row
Every row on the dashboard carries its source. A legend under every table says the same.
- From the appagentgov saw it happen itself: the app connected, or the agent called agentgov.
- Reported by a computer · key labelA computer IT set up sent it with the company's reporting key: a session, a tool by name. The label says which key.
- Reported by a computer, not confirmedA rule hit a computer reported. Whoever holds the key could have sent it, so it is shown, counted apart, and never treated as proof.
- Written by the agentThe agent's own one sentence about the kind of work, cleaned of addresses, numbers, links and anything shaped like a key.
How long it is kept
Activity is kept 180 days at most; you can choose 90 or 30. Requests, decisions and the admin log are kept 3 years, "I'm stuck" notes 90 days. Deleting the organisation deletes everything at once. It is all stored in the EU.
The limit, plainly. Rules plus watching, not a lock. agentgov tells every agent the company rules and shows IT what happened. Where IT deploys our settings files, the app itself enforces some rules. A person can still open another chat, another app or another computer.
